It's unable to collect evidence on Lasantha wickramatu​nga's murder

It's unable to collect evidence on Lasantha wickramatu​nga's murder[ Wednesday, 29 June 2011, 04:01.12 PM GMT +05:30 ]Police informed the court today that they were unable to collect evidence on murder of Sunday leader journalist Lasantha Wicramatunga.

In their statement police officer further said in such situation police have taken steps to use technology to collect evidence for the murder of Lasantha Wicramatunga in their statement police also added it takes more time to collect proper evidence this regard. 

Police made this statement during the hearing of issuing the bail to the Kandaygaydara who is the suspect of this alleged murder.

However judge was refused to grant bail to the suspect and ordered the police to remand him for further investigations.
