Main suspect of Kadirgamar​'s murder escaped from the country

Main suspect of Kadirgamar​'s murder escaped from the country[ Monday, 04 July 2011, 04:16.15 AM GMT +05:30 ]CID informed the Colombo High Court that the main suspect of the Lakshman Kadhirgamar’s murder was been escaped from the country.

CID also said the suspect who known as Ndaraja Sivaraja Former Secretary of the Democratic People’s Alliance and has escaped to the foreign country without informing the police.

According to the police sources, suspect his a resident of Colombo-13 and arrested for supporting the LTTE to kill the Former Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar.

Due to this situation police face difficulties to carry out further investigations this regard.

However Court as ordered the police to carry out investigations on evidence which is collected with connection of this alleged murder.
