Complete the resettleme​nt program by end of this year - President Rajapaksa[ Saturday, 02 July 2011, 02:25.27 PM GMT +05:30 ]President Mahinda Rajapaksa orders the offficials to complete the resettlement programme by end of December 2011.

President also said all the displaced people should be resettled by the December 31st 2011.

The Ministry of Resettlement said 255238 people are  already resettled in their respective places and only 5000 people who are in the Aananda Kumarasuwami  camp in Kathigamam are still remaining in their camps.
